At GiftsForLoved, every item is custom printed just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item.

✅ Eligible for Refund or Replacement:

You may request a refund or replacement if:

• The item is defective, damaged during shipping.

• The wrong size, design, or product was sent.

• There is a major print error.

❌ Not Eligible for Refund:

• Wrong size ordered by mistake.

• Change of mind.

• Incorrect shipping address provided by customer.

📅 Timeframe:

• Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Provide a photo of the issue and your order number.

Once verified, we’ll either refund your order or ship a replacement free of charge.
